Our Internship Program: A Foundation for Future Advocates

Our comprehensive internship program is meticulously designed to provide law students with a meaningful and intellectually enriching experience, offering unparalleled exposure to the realities of legal practice.


What Interns Will Experience:

  • Supreme Court & High Court Exposure: Gain invaluable opportunities to observe actual court proceedings at the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court, fostering an understanding of litigation strategy, courtroom etiquette and live case dynamics.
  • Hands-on Legal Research & Drafting: Receive training in conducting in-depth legal research using authoritative sources and actively assist in drafting petitions, replies, legal notices, detailed case briefs and comprehensive memos.
  • Case Study Discussions & Mentorship: Participate in weekly mentoring sessions with our partners, where interns analyze past judgments and prepare briefing notes, significantly improving both legal reasoning and articulation skills.
  • Document Filing & Procedural Acumen: Accompany advocates to understand the nuanced procedural aspects of court registry work, e-filing, efficient service of documents and precise petition formatting.
  • Client Interaction & Consultation Shadowing: Subject to strict confidentiality protocols, interns will have the opportunity to sit in during client briefings, gaining insight into how lawyers assess cases, frame strategy and communicate intricate legal advice.
  • Practice Management: Learn the operational aspects of a professional law firm, including managing case lifecycles, meticulous documentation, client follow-ups, efficient scheduling and optimizing workflow systems.
  • Thematic Research Projects: Each intern is assigned a focused research project or writing task within one of our core practice areas, such as constitutional law, service law, arbitration, or corporate law, allowing for specialized exploration.

Short Term Internships : Who Should Apply

We invite applications from law students in their 3rd year or above (for the 5-year integrated program) or 2nd year or above (for the 3-year program). Preference is given to candidates who are articulate, possess strong research capabilities and demonstrate a serious commitment to litigation practice.


Internship Duration & Timing:

Our short term internships have a minimum duration of four (4) weeks, extendable up to three (3) months, to ensure a substantial learning experience. We offer flexible internship slots during summer, winter and on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Long term Internship : Who Should Apply

We invite applications from law students in their 4th year or above (for the 5-year integrated program) or 3rd year (for the 3-year program). Preference is given to candidates who are articulate, possess strong research capabilities and demonstrate a serious commitment to litigation practice.


Internship Duration & Timing:

Our long term internships have a minimum duration of three (3) months, extendable up to twelve (12) months, to ensure a substantial learning experience. We may offer full-time opportunities to interns who have displayed exemplary performance during their stint with us.

Full Time Lawyers: Who We Want In Our Team

We are continually on the lookout for highly motivated and skilled litigators to join our growing team.

  • You should ideally have two (2) or more years of post qualification experience (PQE) in dispute resolution and / or litigation and adjacent practices.
  • You should be fluent in English and at least one other Indian language, ideally Hindi. Knowledge of multiple regional languages gives you bonus points.
  • You should be a resident of Delhi NCR, or at least be open to relocation.
